Fatigue is a common problem these days because of our overstressed lifestyles. Most of us rely on caffeine and energy drinks that are addictive and not good for our health. Find out the best way to boost energy naturally and fast.

Continued use of too much caffeine and energy drinks will cause our system to crash over time. At the same time, chronic fatigue weakens our immune system and makes us more susceptible to depression.

  • 1.8 grams raw almond
  • 10 raw Cashews
  • 3 tablespoons of honey (preferably Manuka)
